No, I didn't only make this *Vocaloid* wallpaper so that people might see my Yuki Nagato one! Why would you think that??? 
(P.S. Doesn't that 'wink' look more like one eye's been stabbed out?) Thanks to www.OBSIDIANDAWN.COM for the super special awesome brush I used and 
for the water background I used to give Miku her 'ocean eyes'~! And yes, this is named after the Owl City album "Ocean Eyes" which I should listen to before I go naming things after it, but oh well.
